The Goring Dining Room

The Dining Room, the Michelin-starred restaurant at The Goring, re-opens following an historic refurbishment of both the restaurant and the kitchen at the family-owned luxury hotel in Belgravia.

Expect opulent interiors (think bold red furnishings and wallpaper from Fromental) by Russell Sage - designed with London’s palaces in mind; the once white-and-cream room is now one of rich greens and reds and meant to evoke “the feeling you have been invited into Cézar Ritz’s latest creation”. Dine on modern British menus created by Executive Chef Graham Squire. Highlights from the menu include roast Orkney scallop with pea, lemon verbena and brown butter and Cornish monkfish with mussels, seaweed, gooseberry and herbs. Also there's an added sense of theatre with trolleys gliding through the space - in the form of classic Champagne cocktails, sharing dishes and head-turning Rum Baba Flambé.

Signature Dishes

Roast Orkney scallop with pea, lemon verbena and brown butter; Rhug Estate lamb hot pot pie with lamb fat carrot, pickles and BBQ gem relish and The Goring’s signature Eggs Drumkilbo and lobster omelette have been reimagined.
